You can view the descriptions with the photos in a variety of different ways. You can also catalog using your phone or tablet with our mobile app. Saves time and improves accuracy. You can even interact with your photos while you finalize your descriptions. Check for missing photos and review your work in seconds using the inventory preview page.
Documentation.
Using ABP you can generate a digital workfile with supporting documentation for your report. For each item you can include personal notes that will not become part of the report. You can exclude photos from the photo appendix but keep them on file for your records. You can store a PDF file with any item and even paste in a screen shot to provide comparable items within your workfile. ABP will help keep your work organized. Being cloud based, your workfile is automatically backed up on a secure server and you can access your information whenever and wherever you need.
Flexibility and Quality.
The key to a quality appraisal is a strong appraisal report that is both USPAP complaint and provides a comprehensive narrative. The report generation tools give the appraiser complete flexibility so each report is unique. It is not a traditional template as much as it is a tool to build a report. The founders
Russ Hilk has over 15 years of experience doing commercial and industrial appraisals. This background, coupled with a keen understanding of technology, motivated him to create a tool exclusively for personal property appraisers. His experience made it easy to understand what tools would streamline the process; better inventory control, digital cloud storage, and a system that would save time with each valuation. The result was Appraisal Builder Pro.
Michael Long has decades of experience in the development, implementation, and management of technology solutions. Specializing in web applications and working in concert with industry professionals, he was well positioned for the creation and execution of Appraisal Builder Pro. It is his policy to produce quality tools which are truly effective for users, and to offer absolute consistency and security.
